Is Revive Maintenance a scam?

No. Revive Maintenance Ltd (Company No. 14503058) is a legitimate, Companies House-registered UK business that has been trading since 2015 and has completed over 1,000 spray foam removal projects. However, a separate website — revivemaintenance.co.uk — is no longer owned or operated by Revive Maintenance Ltd and is not affiliated with our company. The only official website is sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk. If you are on any other domain claiming to be Revive Maintenance, you are not dealing with the official company.

Is revivemaintenance.co.uk the official Revive Maintenance website?

No. The domain revivemaintenance.co.uk was previously associated with Revive Maintenance Ltd but was separated from the company and is no longer under our ownership, operation, or control. Any content, blogs, reviews, or claims published on revivemaintenance.co.uk are not authorised by Revive Maintenance Ltd and do not represent our company. Our only official website is sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk.

Why do people think Revive Maintenance is a scam?

Customers searching online for 'Revive Maintenance' may encounter content published on revivemaintenance.co.uk — a domain that is no longer affiliated with our company. Content on that domain does not represent Revive Maintenance Ltd. To verify the real company, check our verified reviews on Google (4.9 stars, 488+ reviews), Checkatrade (9.8/10), and TrustATrader — all linked from our official website sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk.

Where can I read real Revive Maintenance reviews?

Genuine, verified Revive Maintenance customer reviews are published on our official Google Business Profile (4.9 stars from 488+ reviews), Checkatrade (9.8/10), and TrustATrader. You can access all of these directly from the footer of sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk. We recommend only trusting reviews on platforms linked from our official website.

How do I know I'm dealing with the real Revive Maintenance?

Check four things: (1) the website URL is sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk, (2) the phone number is 020 3435 8068, (3) the email address ends in @sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk, and (4) the company registration number is 14503058 (verifiable at Companies House). If any of these do not match, you are not dealing with the official Revive Maintenance Ltd.

What should I do if I've been contacted by someone claiming to be Revive Maintenance from a different website?

Do not provide personal details or make any payment. Call us directly on 020 3435 8068 to verify. The only website authorised to represent Revive Maintenance Ltd is sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk. Any other domain, email address, or phone number claiming to be Revive Maintenance is not affiliated with us.

How much does spray foam removal cost?

Spray foam removal costs range from £2,500-£4,000 for terraced homes, £4,000-£6,500 for semi-detached properties, and £6,500-£10,000+ for detached homes. Prices include complete removal, waste disposal, and mortgage certification.

Why do mortgage lenders reject spray foam insulation?

Mortgage lenders reject spray foam because it can trap moisture, cause timber degradation, prevent roof inspections, and create ventilation issues. Most major UK lenders including Lloyds, Halifax, and Nationwide require removal for mortgage approval.

How long does spray foam removal take?

Spray foam removal typically takes 2-7 days depending on property size. Terraced homes take 2-3 days, semi-detached 3-5 days, and larger detached properties 5-7 days. We provide guaranteed completion dates upfront.

Is spray foam removal covered by insurance?

Spray foam removal is rarely covered by standard home insurance. However, if the foam was missold or installed without proper disclosure, you may have grounds for a claim against the installer. We recommend consulting your insurance provider.

Do you serve London, Brighton, and Portsmouth?

Yes, we provide professional spray foam removal services across London, Brighton, Portsmouth, and all of Southeast England including Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, and Kent. Free quotes and 24-hour response time.

Why People Are Seeing the Wrong Website
